Accessibility

We want everyone to feel welcome at The Vintage Venture. Our main floor is wheelchair and stroller accessible via on exterior ramp. We also encourage our upstairs vendors to keep aisles clear and as accessible as possible to make browsing comfortable for all shoppers.

Please note that our washrooms and some vendor spaces are located in the basement and are currently only accessible by stairs.

If you have any questions about accessibility or need assistance during your visit, please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask a member of our team, we’re always happy to help however we can.

Pet-friendly

We love welcoming dogs to the shop, after all they’re part of the family too.

To help keep the shop comfortable for everyone we ask that dogs stay on a leash and that owners clean up after them should any accidents happen.

We always have plenty of smiles (and often a few treats) waiting for our canine visitors.
